我国加入世贸组织将进一步改变思想政治工作的客体,同时也将促进思想政治工作方式的革新。要在研究问题中创新;在改进载体中创新;在思想观念上创新。
The subject of idealistic and political work will be changed along China access the World Trade Organization (WTO), simultaneously the manner of idealistic and political working will be further innovated. So the author advises the leaders of hospital should innovate the methods of analyzing problems, improve the carrier of idealistic and political work, and update the ideology and conception.
