摘要
目的 考察“复方磺胺甲唑片”含量测定时所用SMZ和TMP的对照品溶液是否能够保存。方法 采用紫外分光光度法中的等吸收波长消去法测定于 4℃保存的SMZ和TMP对照品溶液在 0d ,30d ,6 0d的最大吸收波长 ,等吸收波长 ,吸收值 ,同时用此对照品溶液按等吸收波长消去法测定同一批号的“复方磺胺甲唑片”中SMZ ,TMP的含量。结果 SMZ和TMP的对照品溶液于 4℃放置 ,6 0d内最大吸收波长 ,等吸收波长 ,吸收值等均无变化 ;用 3个时间段的对照品溶液对同一批号的“复方磺胺甲唑片”进行含量测定 ,其含量无显著变化。结论 SMZ和TMP的对照品溶液在两个月内是稳定的 ,勿需临用新配。
Objctive To evaluate the stability of control of solution SMZ and TMP.Methods λ max ? equuivalence absorbency wavelength?absobency at 4℃ for 0d?30d and 60d of the control solution of SMZ and TMP were determined with UV spectrophotometry.The amounts of SMZ and TMP in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets were determined with control solution of SMZ and TMP with UV spectrophotometry.Results There were no changes in equivalence absorbency wavelength and absorbency of control solution of SMZ and TMP at 4℃ for 60d.Though determining the amount of compound sulfamethoxazole tablets with control solution of SMZ and TMP 3 times,our results showed that there were no significant changes in the experiments.Conclusions The control solution of SMZ and TMP were stable at 4℃ for 60d in two months.
