摘要
本文从一个新的角度探讨了电力系统机组日运行调度问题。以系统等运行风险度和机组投运前导时间为约束,旋转备用为目标函数,建立了求解机组日运行计划的动态规划数学模型并提出了相应的算法。该方法可与常规的机组最优投入方法结合,进一步研究大型发电系统的可靠、安全、经济运行。
Based cm a new viewpoint, the problem of daily unit operation dispatch is studied in this paper. The dynamic programming model for daily unit operation dispatch with the constraints of equal risk and lead time of units is established to minimize the objective function oi spinning reserve, and an algorithm is propesed also. This technique combined with the general optimal unit commitment techniques can effectively solve the complicated problem of economic operation with the consideration of reliability and security for large scale generation systems.
