摘要 本文通过建立数学模型和计算机仿真的方法,对火电厂回热系统换热器动态特性进行了研究,突破了以往建模中认为换热器汽侧空间存水都是饱和水这一假定,提出了不同类型换热器动态过程中汽侧空间饱和水份额的概念,并经现场试验验证,从而使所建立的数学模型和动态仿真计算结果更符合于现场实际。 This paper studies the dynamics performances of heater in regenerative system in fossil-fueled power plant with the help of building mathematic model and simulation. The assumption of former days is deserted that the liquid temperature is always the same as the saturation temperature corresponding to heater pressure in steam inside. The conception of saturated water coefficient in the volume of steam in difference form's heater in dynamic process have been proposed and verified by field test. The model and dynamics simulation calculation results are more correspond to field practice.
