摘要
在第一和第二部分的基础上,本文着重讨论铁芯搭迭区局部磁场的分析模型和数值方法,并根据计算结果探讨各种搭迭形式及相关因素对磁场和损耗的影响,由此得出一些有利于铁芯搭迭设计的合理化建议。
Based on Part Ⅰ and Ⅱ, a generalized analysis model for computation of magnetic field and iron loss in the overlapped joints of transformer cores is developed. The effects that may distort the flux and increase the loss, such as, overlapped length, air-gap length between two joints, number of sheets in a laminated set, flux density and so on, are investigated one by one. Accordingly, all numerical results are assessed by the computational building factor, which is defined as the ratio of the total losses in the actual overlapped zone to the total losses in the ideal non-overlapped one.
