继发性癫痫的X-刀治疗(附10例报告)

X- knife Treatment of Secondary Epilepsy (with 10 patients reports)

目的 探索X-刀治疗继发性癫痫的方法,为其治疗寻找一种新途径。方法 应用24小时EEG、CT、MRI对继发性产痫灶定位,使用X-刀系统以15～30Gy剂量,1～3个靶点,对外伤性,肿瘤性,错构性致痫灶损毁,治疗继发性癫痫10例。结果X-刀治疗后,4～15月随访:8例病人发作完全停止;1例病人发作减少50％以上,无并发症发生。结论X-刀系统可有效治疗继发性癫痫。

Objective To explore X knife treatment methods and to seek a new way for secondary epilepsy. Methods Locating the secondary epilepsy facals by EEG, CT, MRT during 24 hours. X- Knife was used to clear the secondary epilelsy facals, including injury, tumor, hamartofacals and so on. The dose is 15-30Gy, 10 cases patients were treated at single or multiple targets. Results 4 - 15 months following up after X- knife treatment , the attack were relived in 8 cases, the attack were improved over 50% in one patient. No complications have been observed. Conclusions Secondary epilelsy can been treated effectively by X- knife.
