卡马西平对男性癫痫患者雄性激素水平的影响 被引量：1

摘要 38%～71%男性癫痫患者,可出现生殖内分泌功能异常,表现性欲下降、性功能减退等[1].其原因是多方面的,除了社会、精神因素外,癫痫和抗痫药物(AEDs)的作用也不能排除.目前国内外对癫痫患者生殖内分泌变化的研究较多[1～3],但多为多药联合治疗.本研究通过测定单用卡马西平(CBZ)治疗的男性癫痫患者血清中的雄性激素水平,观察用药时间与雄性激素的关系,探讨其发生改变的原因,从而为临床治疗提供依据.
