脑膜癌病的临床分析

Clinical Analyses of Meningeal Carcinomatosis

目的 对脑膜癌病的临床表现、辅助检查进行分析,以提高对本症的认识。方法 系统分析我院1991～2000年12例脑膜癌病的临床资料。结果 12例均有头痛、呕吐等高颅压表现,且测颅压均增高。10例有脑膜刺激症、CSF蛋白-细胞分离现象、CSF氯化物降低,9例CSF糖降低,7例头CT和/或头MRI有异常。结论 依据临床表现、辅助检查可早期明确脑膜癌病诊断。

Objective To study the clinical features of Meningcal Carcinomatosis(MC). Methods 12 cases of inparients with MC in Xuanwu Hospital from 1991 to 2000 were analyzed systematically. Results All cases had manifestations induced by intracranial pressure increasing,such as headache, vomiting, 10 cases had meningeal irritation signs,CSF protein cell separating and CSF chloride decreasing. CSF sugar decreased in 9 cases of patients. The CT and MRI of head were abnorma in 7 cases. Condusions The early definitive diagnosis of MC was dependent on the clinical manifestations and accessory examinations.
