脑胶质瘤局部缓释化疗的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脑胶质瘤占中枢神经系统肿瘤的首位,是神经外科中难治性疾病之一.尽管神经外科的治疗方法有了很大的进步,但对恶性胶质细胞瘤的治疗效果仍未得到明显改善.由于胶质瘤呈浸润性生长,与正常脑组织分界不清,手术不可能彻底切除,术后常有复发,恶性胶质瘤单纯手术治疗,平均生存期仅6个月,而手术后辅以放疗平均生存期不超过一年.近10年来,在化疗方面取得了重要进展[1],但化疗药物通过常规静脉给药难以透过血脑屏障,药物在体内呈非特异性分布,而在肿瘤局部浓度较低,加大给药量又会导致全身毒副作用的增加.因此临床上迫切需要能找到解决化疗所带来的毒副作用的新方法.随着各种缓释药物的开发,为脑肿瘤局部缓释化疗提供了条件,有着良好的应用前景[2],值得进一步研究.
