Profit-making Criminal Regulation

随着社会主义市场经济的发展 ,越来越多的人富裕了。因为经济的繁荣和社会结构的变化 ,人的个性获得了真正的解放 ,人们可以通过各种经济交易活动获取利益。但是人口之重负 ,资源的短缺 ,导致了获利机会的减少和利益的矛盾。所以 ,大量有害经济秩序的获利行为就不可避免———大量不法获利行为发生了。显然 ,我们应该用刑法来调整这些行为 ,即我们应该建立一个完善的刑事法律体系来规制这些不法获利行为。

With the rapid development of the market economy, Chinese people are well to do. The prosperous economy, along with the change of social construction leads human's personality to the true liberation, which shows that most people have been content with profits made in various economic trades. Overcrowded population, together with lack of resources, however, results in fewer profit-making opportunities and more interest contradiction. Inevitably, more and more profit-making acts by fair means or foul take place, and the illegal ones consequently occur that are harmful to economy order. Obviously, It is high time that a more perfect criminal law system was established and put these illegal acts to an end.
