摘要
对现行律师法的框架结构存在的问题提出质疑 ,根据其他国家关于律师法的立法经验 ,提出在修改律师法时应遵循的逻辑结构 ,并对律师法的一些重大内容提出修改意见。
According to other countries' legislative experiences, several questions relating to the problems, which exists in Law of PRC on Lawyers' framework structure in operation, such as how to amend some important content and the like, are put forward. Logical structure should be abided by when Law of PRC on Lawyers is amended.
