行政法治的实现需要一系列制度保障。鉴于目前我国这方面的法律制度还很不完善 ,地方人大和地方政府应积极做好地方立法工作 ,制定有关的地方性法规、地方政府规章及其他规范性文件 ,建立完善的制度 ,以实现地方行政法治。

Putting rule of administrative law into execution needs a series of regulations to safeguard. In view of the imperfection existing in the current juristic regulations of China, both local People's Congresses and local governments should engage in their respective local legislative actions actively to perfect systems. Making relevant local regulations, rules of local governments and other normative documents can fulfil rule of China's local administrative law.
