摘要
本文通过荧光法的类 Stern-Volmer 方程,采用紫外光谱和循环伏安法等实验手段,初步研究和探讨了真丝上染料光褪色机理和真丝的化学成份对染料光褪色的影响.发现染料光褪色与构成真丝的氨基酸种类有关.构成真丝的十八种氨基酸中的色氨酸和它的黄变产物能显著加速染料光褪色,酪氨酸和它的黄变产物也有促进染料光褪色作用。
In this paper,the light fading mechanism of dyes and the effect of components of real silk on thefading process are studied by means of Stern-volmer equation of fluorimetry,ultraviolet spectroscopyand cyclic voltametry.Results show that the light fading process of dyes is related to and acceleratedby tryptophane,tyrosine and their yellowing substances.
