摘要
本文从裂纹叶片转子的动平衡、振动调制、近声场噪声及转子转速分析着手,论述了故障的动力学机理,并以排风机单叶片裂纹故障的形成与扩展为实例,进行故障特征的实验研究。理论和实验研究表明:叶片机械如风机之类可通过多参量特征监测对早期和严重的裂纹故障进行诊断。
In this paper, on the basis of analysing inertia balance, vibration modulation, noise in the near field and rotative velocity in a rotor with cracked fan, the fault dynamics are discussed. With a small blower as a sample, some characteristics are verified in dynamic test. The diagnosing sensitivity and reliability are very high. So it can be used for condition monitoring and diagnosing early or serious cracks in fan or something alike.
