滤材结构改进的研究

摘要 本论文根据含杂胶液在多孔介质中的流动理论和胶液过滤机理,提出了适于胶液过滤的滤材结构模型和致密度分布,并用实验加以论证。结论是:在滤材过滤方向上采用含两层致密度不同的滤材,其中针刺层提供强力保障,这种改进后的滤材既能增加过滤量,降低压力降,又能保证被滤胶液的质量,是一种更合理的首用于胶液过滤的复合非织造布过滤材料。 On the basis of the flowing theory of viscous liquid with particles in porous filter materials and the filtering mechanism of viscous liquid, the structure model and distribution of filter's density are determined. And the model is verified by experiments. A filter with two layers of different densities is applied, and the strength is mainly produced by the needle punched layer. Such a filter can quicken the speed, decrease pressure drop and bring high quality viscous liquid. So this new combined nonwoven fabric is an ideal filter material.
