摘要
本文重点进行了剑杆织机牵连式打纬引纬系统的动平衡研究.文中计算了1511普及型剑杆织机的六杆打纬引纬系统的惯性力和惯性力矩,并用最小二乘法对其进行动平衡计算.计算结果表明:平衡后系统的惯性力下降10%,惯性力矩没有增加,效果良好。
Discussions in this paper focus on the dynamic balancing of the beat-up and weft inser-tion system of rapier loom.The inertia force and moment exerted on a combined six barbeat-up and rapier driven system of the reformed 1511 type rapier loom are calculated.Theleast square method is used for the dynamic balance of the system.As a result,the inertiaforce decreases 10% while its moment remains unchanged.
