摘要
本文报道了不同溶剂条件下PVA的溶解工艺及不同纺丝条件对纤维性能的影响,模索出采用普通分子量的PVA加硼酸用水溶解进行干湿法或湿法纺丝,然后经过多道湿热和干热拉伸制取高强高模量维纶纤维的一种新的工艺条件,所得纤维的强度可达11.35cN/dtex初始模量达363.44cN/dtex,从而能满足其作为产业用途的性能要求。
This paper reports the effects of differemt spinning conditions and dissolution processes with different solvents on the properties of polyvinly alcohol fiber. A new process has been found to produce high strength, high modulus PVA fiber. The PVA of conventional molecular weight was dissolved in water with an addition of boric acid, then the fiber was spun by the dry-wet or wet method and finally processed by wet-hot and dry-hot drawing of multiple steps. The strngth of fiber obtained was as high as 11. 35 cN/dtex and its initial modulus was 364.0 cN/dtex. It is therefore, suited for the application in industry.
