摘要
在后工业社会 ,在充分顾及社会平等及其人人得到尊重的基础上 ,相对突出能者优先的原则 ,实现一种“公正的能者统治” ,这就是贝尔社会理论的一个基本主张。 2 1世纪的中国应当深刻认识到知识、人才和教育在社会发展中的战略地位 ,走工业化和知识化相结合的发展道路。
It is a basic allegation of Bell's sociolgy that,in post-industrial society,on the basis of advocating public equality and respecting each other,the gifted be imparted the priority so as to realize a fair domination.China,in the 21th century,should get to know the strategic status of knowledge,the gifted and education in the course of social development,and adopt the development route of combining industrialization and knowledge.
