本文结合中国旅游立法的现状 ,分析旅游立法活动中存在的问题 ,旨在重视旅游立法 ,进一步加强和完善旅游立法工作。
Considering the status of tourism lawmaking in China, the article analyses the problems in tourism lawmaking for the purpose of benefiting the legislature value in tourism lawmaking,and further improving the legislation of tourism in China.
