摘要
一、前言交流阻抗方法能在很宽的频率范围内对浸泡在电解质溶液中的涂装金属电极(试样)进行测量,因而可在不同的频率范围分别得到关于涂层的电阻(R_f),电容(C_f)及涂层/基体金属界面的电化学过程的信息(如电化学反应电阻R_t,界面双电层电容C_d,以及某些情况下出现的扩散尾部阻抗),从而推断涂层的防护性能,另外,交流阻抗测量采用小幅值扰动信号,对体系扰动甚微,因而可对体系进行长期监测,有利于研究涂层的失效机制。基于上述优点。
The effect of contamination of organic coating/substrate interface on the protective performance of the organic coatings was investigated by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and corrosion potential monitoring (CPM). The degradation mechanism of the organic coatings was elucidated. It is pointed out that the surface treatment of the substrate is vital to the performance of the organic coatings protecting the substrate steel, and that the surface contamination in the substrate will lead to not only the impairment of the performance of the organic coatings but also the acceleration of the degradation processes of the organic coatings.
