摘要 收集了包括金属、电缆、混凝土的土壤腐蚀数据及有关的材料成份、环境因素和腐蚀条件的数据,并进行评价和标准化处理,用IBM个人计算机建立了土壤腐蚀数据库及管理软件。软件包括数据检索、数据管理、文件管理、报表打印和数据库字典。应用模式识别初步研究了材料的土壤腐蚀与土壤环境的关系;对土壤腐蚀与时间的关系也进行了统计分析;并将研究结果作为数据库的预测功能。 In order to lower the cost of corrosion to economy,a cooperative project of compilation of soil corrosion data,under the financial support of the National Nature Science Fund Committee and State Science & Technology Committee, has been conducted and lots of data were standardized and systematized. Selection,evaluation and standardization of soil corrosion data of low alloy steels,stainless steels, alloys of copper and aluminium,and of cables,light cables and concretes and aluminium,and of cables,light cables and concretes exposed to 35 soil environments, are performed. Corrosion data include materials, soil environments, corrosion conditions,soil corrosion performances and data sources. Soil Corrosion Data Base (SCDB) management is established with IBM personal computer. SCDB provides the functions of data retrieval, data management, file management,printing of data report and database dictionary. Pattern recognition is tentatively employed to classify the degree of soil corrosion. Using the regression, the exponential relationship between corrosion rate or depth of pitting and time is established. An important function of SCDB is to predict the soil eorrosivity.
