摘要 提出了研究钝化膜稳定性的恒电位-恒电流(P-G)瞬态响应曲线方程新的解析方法。该方法可获得表征钝化膜特性和稳定性的各电化学参数,具有解析速度快、结果精确和求解过程稳定的特点.对几种不锈钢在0.5 mol/L NaCl介质中典型电位下测得的P-G响应曲线的分析表明,这一快速计算方法的解析结果接近甚至优于单纯形加速优化方法。 In this paper,a new rapid method has been put forward to analyse the Potentiostatic-Galvanostatic(P-G) transient response curve which can be used to interpret the passive film stability and the passivity characteristics.The method makes the best use of the modified P-G response curve equation and can resolve the equation quickly.The parameters thus obtained are considerably accurate.With the rapidity feature,the new approach makes it possible to monitor real corrosion system.Analysis of the P-G response curves for Cr17,Cr25,304 and 321 stainless steels in 0.5 mol/L NaCl medium at some typical potentials indicates that the proposed method is as good as or even better than the revised simples method.By comparing the changes of the solved parameters,it is possible to clarify the mechanism of the passive film breakdown
