开展剖宫产评审工作浅析

A review of caesarean birth evaluation

根据卫生部妇幼司的工作要求,我市积极创造条件开展剖宫产评审工作。本文对全市历年产科报表中剖宫产情况和1991年7月本市631例剖宫产病历进行了统计分析,找出了剖宫产率及指征分布情况,分析了剖宫产率提高的原因及其后果,指出剖宫产手术范围扩大后存在手术指征掌握不准确的问题。因此,开展剖宫产评审工作是降低剖宫产率势在必行的有效办法。

Caesarean birth reports of recent years in Harbin Chity have been reviewed and studied.Ithas been found that caesarean section has been widely applied with less restrict indication juge-ment and thus the authors suggest that evaluations be imperative for the control of caesareanbirth.
