Red Cross Maternal and Baby Hospital of Harbin City has maken great efforts in reformingobstetrics management.The hospital has mothers live together with their babies,insists on earlybeginning of breast—feeding,establishes breast—feeding support organization and make the re-lated regulations perfected.In the November of 1992,the hospital was named.as one of the firstbaby—care units of China.
