27例非血液透析尿毒症患者死因分析

ANALYSIS ON THE CAUSES OF DEATH IN UREMIA WITHOUT RECEIVED THE TREATMENT OF BLOOD DIALYSIS

目的 分析非血液透析治疗尿毒症患者的主要死亡原因及危险因素。方法 对未接受血液透析治疗的 2 7例尿毒症死亡病例 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 2 7例死亡病例中 ,心血管事件 19例 ,占 70 4 % ,其中心衰 14例 ,占 5 1 9% ;心律失常 3例 ,占 11 1% ;心源性猝死 2例 ,占 7 4 %。肺部感染 5例 ,占 18 5 %。消化道出血 2例 ,占7 4 %。脑出血 1例 ,占 3 7%。结论 高血压、贫血所导致的心血管病变是尿毒症患者的主要死亡原因 ,其次为感染。应加强对尿毒症患者高血压、贫血的治疗 ,并提高自身免疫力 。

Objective To analyze the main cause of the death and risk factors in patients with uremia treated with non blood dialysis.Methods\ The retrospective analysis was carried out in 27 died patients with uremia who have not received the treatment of blood dialysis.Results Among all of 27 died cases,cardiovascular diseases were 19,occupied 70.4% and in which the heart failure was 14 cases (51.9%),arrhythmia 3 cases(11.1%),cardiogenic sudden death 2 cases (7.4%),infection of pneumonia 5 cases (18.5%),hemorrhage of digestive tract 2 cases (7.4%),cerebral hemorrhage 1 case (3.7%) respectively.Conclusion Angiocardiopathy caused by hypertension or anemia is the main cause of death in uremia,the other is infection.It is important to treat the uremia complicated with hypertension or anemia accurately and promote the immune function in order that preventing and controlling infection. \ \
