网络组织的形成与运作机理研究

A Research on the Forming and Running of Network Organization

网络组织的形成缘于传统科层组织的困惑和网络经济时代对新型组织模式的呼唤 ;其形成的机理是依靠现代网络通信技术 (ICT)把自由市场经济理论与科层组织理论中“看得见的手”与“看不见的手”在一个组织中同时并用 ,而且超越传统组织边界来实现组织的结构柔性与高效运作。它抛弃了传统科层组织主要依赖权力指挥与协调的方式 ,而更多地运用成员间共同遵守的规则或契约规范组织的活动。

Network Organization is one kind of new organization which springs up with the development of information communication technology. This paper has discussed the reasons for the forming network organization and its mechanism of running.
