摘要 应用标准化病人对随机抽样的204名学生进行临床技能评估。结果表明,在问诊内容上,五年级学生得分明显高于四、三年级,但成人问诊中“系统回顾”和“关心病人所关心的问题”上还很不够,儿科问诊中“系统回顾”、“社会史”和“关心病人所关心的问题”得分均极低。成人问诊技巧了上五年级学生得分高于四、三年级,儿科问诊技巧上五年级学生与四年级间无显著差异。总的印象:问诊内容上学生对成人问诊比儿科问诊掌握得较好,但问诊技巧上均掌握较差。提高医学生临床技能的手段主要是让其早期进入临床,密切接触病人。 An evaluation of clinical skill and ability has been conducted in a randomized sampling of 204 medical students by applying standardized patients. The result shows that as to contents of history-taking the 5th years students make much higher score than the 4th and 3rd year students; but in history-taking from adult patients they are far from satisfactory in 'review of systems' and 'showing concern for those problems patients concerned', and in pediatric history-taking they make very low score in 'the review of systems', 'the social history' and 'showing con- cern for those problems patients concerned'; in history-taking from adult patients the 5th year students get higher score than the 4th and 3rd year students; as to skills in pediatric history-taking the 5th and 4th year students have no marked difference. In brief, students have a better command in content of history-taking from adult patients than in that from pediatrics, but in both they have a poor command in interrogation skill.
