摘要 一、概况 1967年Ashbaugh等首次报道了成人急性呼吸窘迫(acute respiratory distress in adult),为了和新生儿或婴儿呼吸窘迫综合征(infantile respiratory distress syndrome,IRDS)相区别,被命名为成人呼吸窘迫综合征(adult respiretory distress syndrome,ARDS)[1].
