HLA与原发性高血压不同期的相关性研究

Relationship between HLA and Different Phases of Essential Hypertension

This study investigated the antigenic frequency of HLA A.B.C.DR and DQ in 50 cases of essential hypertension (30 cases at phase Ⅱ and 20 at phase Ⅲ) and 100 cases of normal \{persons.\}The results showed that:(1)The frequency of HLA B75 antigen was increased significantly in essential hypertension,especially in the patients at phase Ⅲ of essential hypertension.(2)The frequency of HLA CW6 antigen increased in phase Ⅱ of essential hypertension as well as in phase Ⅲ of the disease,but not significantly.(3)On comparison between phases Ⅱ and Ⅲ of essential hypertension,we found that the frequency of DR1 antigen increased in phase Ⅲ of the disease.The results suggest that the HLA B75 and DR1 in essential hypertensive patients might be a high risk and susceptible factor to phase Ⅲ of the disease,and would be an inheritable marker to phase Ⅲ of hypertension as well,meanwhile;CW6 might be susceptible to the development to cardiomyopathy at phase Ⅱ of essential hypertension.
