摘要
本文测定了某麻纺织厂488名接触黄麻粉尘工人和332名对照工人的肺功能。并进行了累计接尘量与肺功能损害关系的分析。结果表明,随着累计接尘量的增加,接触黄麻粉尘工人的肺功能损害程度有加重趋势。其中接尘组吸烟男工的FVC、FEV_1、MMF、V_(50)、V_(25)及女工的V_(50)、V_(25)呈显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。随着累计接尘量的增加,肺功能异常率增大(P<0.05或P<0.01)。接触黄麻粉尘工人的累计接尘量与肺功都损害呈现接触水平-反应关系。双因素方差分析表明,接尘对肺功能各指标均有明显影响,吸烟影响不显著,接尘和吸烟对FVC及FEV_1有交互影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。
Lung function tests were carried out on 488 jute-exposed workers in a jute textile millwith 332 non-exposed workers as control. Theresults showed that jute workers had lowerlevels of percentage predicted lung functionthan those of control workers. As the cumula-tive level of dust exposure increased, averagelevels of lung function (FVC, FEV_1, MMF,V_(50), V_(25)) in smoking male jute workersand V_(50), V_(25) in female jute workers signif-icantly declined(P<0. 05 or P<O. 01). Also, theprevalence of lung function abnormalities significantly in reastd as cumulative level of dustexposure increased(P<0.05 orP<0.01). Examination of effects of dust exposure and smokingon lung function deterioration showed that jutedust exposure, not the smoking was factor as-sociated with decline of lung function, howe-ver, smoking interacted with dust exposurein causing decline in FVC and FEV,(P<0.05or P<0.01). Our results demonstrated thatthere is an exposure level-response relationin dust exposure and lung function deteioration in jute workers.
