摘要
制革废水对环境污染十分严重且毒性强,其处理在国内外一直是个难题。本研究采用物理与生化综合处理的方法,以期找到治理制革废水的最佳方法。试验证明,采用聚合硫酸铁(PFS)混凝沉淀法及过氧化氢——硫酸亚铁氧化法,均可使制革厂含硫废水的硫化物去除率达到99.0%以上。采用PFS混凝沉淀、好氧生物接触氧化法,可使最终出水COD_(cr)低于300mg/L,达到国家行业排放标准。
So far tannery wastewater treatment is a difficult problem at home and abroad. The wastewater is strongly toxic and can badly pollute the environment. In order to find a best method of treating the wastewater thoroughly, the process that treats different streams of the tannery wastewater seperately at first, and then mixedly is studied. Experimental data show that, both the co- agulation sedimentation induced by use of polyferric sulphate(PFS) and the oxidation with hydrogen peroxide...ferrous(H2O2... Fe2SO4)could remove sulphide from the sulphur...containing wastewater of tannery and removal efficiency can be 99% or even higher. The process of sedimentation by PFS plus biologically aerated contactor can make CODcr<300mg/L effluent, which will meet the Nation' s Discharge Standards.
