摘要
本文报告了1990年对150例人体脂肪样品中BHC和DDT蓄积量的调查结果,并与1985年监测结果比较。结果表明体脂中BHC由4.22±2.87ppm减小到2.83±2.36ppm;DDT由8.58±5.52ppm减小到4.55±3.41ppm,差别显著(P<0.05)。并观察到性别、居住地区、年龄、疾病、吸烟等对BHC、DDT的蓄积水平有不同程度的影响。
We have conducted the determination of BHC and DDT accumulative contents in 150 samples from Tangshan area by GC-ECD method in 1990. The result has been compared with one of 1985. The result shows that BHC amount in human fat was decreased from 4.22ppm to 2.83ppm; DDT amount from 8.5 to 4. 55ppm from 1985 to 1990, There were significant dif- ference between two results (p<0. 05). The result also shows that sex,residential district, age. disease and smoking affect the accumulative amount on BHC and DDT of the human fat.
