摘要
对输用美国进口的Ⅷ因子浓缩干制品而感染HIV的3例血友病患者进行血清学检查和病毒分离。结果证实美国Armour公司870387批号的Ⅷ因子冻干制品已污染HIV,输此因子可使人感染HIV。
Three patients with hemophilia A were injected factor Ⅷ concentrate coming from US Armour Company. We isolated HIV with their lymphocyto cells and detected HIV by ELISA IEA wester blot, We found this commercial factor Ⅷ concen- trate had contaimnated HIV and infected patient with hemophlia.
