摘要
对湖南省1109名15至18岁少女乳房发育状况调查结果表明,园盘形和半球形分别占38.1%和57%;80.1%少女乳房成熟度已达B_4至B_5期,平均体积181.6±101.11至201.5±120.5cm^3,乳房杯差8.88±3.18(cm,±SD),其中A级占82.6%(即≤10cm),B级~G级占17.4%。多数少女乳房已发育成熟,但体积相形见小。随机抽样101名少女测定血浆睾酮(T)及雌二醇(E_2)、血清三脂酰甘油(TG)。结果发现小乳房组(体积<120cm^3)血浆T值(59.6±10.8ng/dl)显著高于大乳房组(乳房体积>320cm^3)的血浆T值(46.05±10.10ng/dl),两组血浆卵泡期E_2及血清TG水平差异无显著性。推测血浆T值偏高可能是乳房发育不良的重要因素之一。
The extent of mammary gland development was assessed by Tanner's method in 1109 girls of 15~18 years. Develop- ment maturity of their breast reached B4-B5 stage (80.76%), 95.1%. of them had disc or semiglobular shape. Their volume varied from 23. 8cm to 759. 9cm^3 Mean difference value be- tween chest measurement of two peaks of nipple and that mesured lower edges of two breast (BIE-GHA) was 8.88+3. 18cm. The concentration of plasma testosterone(T) and estradiol (E2, Follicular stage) were detected in 101 of them, levels plasma T varied from 24 to 76 ng/dl (51.3±12.8,(?)±SD ng/ dl), E2 varied from 30 79 pg/ml(44. 45±12. 30 pg/ml,(?)± SD). Negative correlation existed varied from between the breast volume and the plasma testosterone (T) level (r=-0. 394,p<0. 05. y=59.3-0. 104X) in 101 puberal girls, but no correlation was found between the breast volume and the plas- ma estradiol(E_2) level (r=0. 0126,p>0.05). The plasma con- centration of testosterone in group with small breast (< 120cm^3) and group with big breast (>320cm^3) were 59. 6± 10. 8 and 48.1±10. 1 ng/dl, respectively, showing statisti cal- ly significant difference between both (p<0.01). The plasma E2 levels were 42.0±12.4 and 42.7±9.8 pg/ml, no difference between both (p>0. 05). These results indicate that higher plasma testosterone level is an inhibitory factor for the breast development in 15~18 years old girls.
