异尖线虫病传播媒介的调查研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文报道了我国渤海、黄海北部近海异尖线虫病传播媒介,鱼类感染异尘线虫幼虫的情况。检查22种海鱼,其中17种检出异尖线虫(即:欧氏六线鱼、斑(鱼祭)、蓝点马鲛、大黄鱼、小黄鱼、白姑鱼、鲐鱼、带鱼、真鲷、鲬、许氏平鲉、鳀、(鱼箴)、长蛇鲻、绿鳍马面鲀、鳕鱼、细纹狮子鱼),占77.3%(17/22)。检查474尾海鱼,阳性126尾,占26.6%,共检获异尖线虫I型第3期幼虫791条,感染度为1~216条/尾,平均为6.3条/尾。感染率较高的鱼有鲐鱼(阳性为11/14;感染度1-216条/尾)。鳕鱼(3/3;5-49)、带鱼(9/9;1-35),等7种。同时观察到同种鱼个体较大者感染率高(P<0.05)。在检出异尖线虫幼虫的17种鱼中有9种为国内首次报告,其中5种(白姑鱼、鲬、鳀、(鱼箴)细纹狮子鱼)感染异尖线虫,在国外尚未见文献报告。 The investigation of Anisakis larvae infestation was car- ried out in 22 species of marine fish from Bohai and Huanghai along the China coast. Anisakis larvae were detected in 126 of 474 fish belonging to 17 species including Hexagrammos o- takii, Clupanodon punctatus, Scomberomorus niphonius, Pseu- dosciaena crocea, P. polyactis, Argyrosomus argentatus, Pneumatophorus japonicus, Trichiurus haumela, Pagrosomus major, Platycephalus indicus, Sebastes schlegeli, Engraulis japonicus, Hsmirhomphus sajori, Saurida elongata, Navodon modestus, Gadus macrocephalus, Liparis tanakae. The total number of larvae collected was 791. Higher detection rate and relatively heavier infestation as shown by the number infected each fish were examined. A number of larvae per specimen were found in 7 species of the fish including Pneumatophorus japonicus (11/14 ; 1-216 larvae), Gadus macrocephalus (3/3; 5-49), Trichiurus haumela (9/9 ; 1-35). The morphologic fea- tures were studied. The larvae observed were all of Anisakis type 1 third stage.
