摘要
一、前言地球自转参数的测定,长期以来是科学院所承担的国家任务之一,时纬仪器的常规观测正是为这一任务提供基础观测数据。因此,不断提高观测精度,保证观测质量和数量,则是常规观测的主要任务。分析整个测时测纬过程可知,为了提高观测精度,除了不断改进仪器设备之外,重要的就是在给定条件下,最大限度地消除偶然误差和尽可能地稳定人差(对某一观测者而言)对观测结果的影响。
This article has approached the problem of improving observational precision of the photoelectric astrolabe from eliminating accidental errors and main sources of unstabilitv of personal errors in photoelectric astrolabe observation. the paper indicates that star guidance skill and amplifier zero point adjustment are still important for training practised observers to improve observational quality,
