浅析船舶避碰中的海员通常做法

A Brief Analysis Regarding "the Ordinary Practice of Seamen in Preventing Collision of Ships"

本文根据《1972年国际海上避碰规则》的规定,针对目前在船舶避碰中的存在的问题,结合航海者的习惯做法,并运用大量的事例,对“海员通常做法”、“海员通常做法可能要求的任何戒备”以及“对海员通常做法可能要求的任何戒备的疏忽”进行系统的分析;并就在船舶避碰中的航海者的“思维科学”与“行为科学”展开深入的探讨,并提出个人的观点与看法。

In view of the existing problems in preventing collision of ships, this paper, on the basis of the provisions of 'International Regulations For Preventing Collision at Sea, 1972', makes a systematical analysis, through various examples and by virtue of the customary practice of mariners regarding the concepts of 'the Ordinary Practice of Seamen', 'any Precaution which may be required by the Ordinary Practice of Seamen' and 'the neglect of any Precaution which may be required by the Ordinary Practice of Seamen'. It puts forward a further study in the 'science of thinking 'and the 'science of behavious' of mariners in preventing collision of ships. Personal viewpoints and comments have also been made in this connection.
