血管生成和PCNA与乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移及预后的关系

摘要 采用 SP免疫组化法和计算机图像分析技术 ,测定 80例乳腺癌患者瘤内微血管密度 (IMVD)和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)。结果显示 :IMVD和 PCNA表达与患者腋淋巴结转移和肿瘤病理分级相关。腋淋巴结转移阳性或分化差的肿瘤常见瘤内微血管丰富 ,PCNA表达率高。同时发现 ,IMVD与 PCNA表达也高度相关 ,高血管组肿瘤细胞增生比率高 ,低血管组增生比率低。L ogistic多因素回归分析显示 IMVD和 PCNA均具有独立预后价值。 WT5”BZ]The intratumoral microvascular density(IMVD)and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)of tumor cells were determined by SP immunocytochemical staining and quantified by both manual counting with light microscope and computerized image analysis system(CIAS)in 80 cases of primary breast cancers.The expression of IMVD and PCNA was correlated statistically with axillary node metastasis and histologic grade.Breast carcinoma with positive metastasis or poor histologic differentiation was often found richer in microvessels (MV) and had higher PCNA expression than that of negative metastasis or good differentiation.Tumors with high IMVD had a higer percentage of proliferating tumor cells than poorly vascularized samples.IMVD and PCNA expression on patients′ overall survival rate was tested by stepwise logistic regression and the results showed that they were all independent powerful prognostic factors.
