湿疹喷雾剂提取工艺的研究

Studies on extraction process for preparation of ECZEMA SPRAY

目的 为确定湿疹喷雾剂的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 建立了丹皮酚、黄芩苷的定量方法并用于评价工艺 ,采用正交实验设计优选该制剂的最佳提取方案。结果 用 80 %乙醇回流提取两次 ;加醇量分别为药材量的 10 ,8倍 ;回流时间分别为 1.5 ,1.0 h;回流水浴温度控制在 (90± 2 )℃左右。结论 按此条件操作 ,提取效率最高 。
