P-糖蛋白在血脑屏障上的作用及其对肿瘤多药耐药的介导机制
Effect of P-glycoprotein and its Interposing Mechanism of Drug-Resisting for Tumor at Blood-Brain Protective Screen
摘要
综述P -糖蛋白 (P -gp)的生物学特性及其在血脑屏障上对药物通透性的影响。说明P -gp是一种能量依赖性主动外排泵。mdrl基因编码的P -糖蛋白 (P -gp .P170 )过度表达可能介导了肿瘤细胞的多药耐药 (MDR)。指出 ,进一步研究对于提高抗癌药的疗效 ,改善药物的中枢作用和毒性 ,提高机体正常细胞的抗毒能力 ,减少毒副反应等都有重要的意义。
