GB—青霉素菌渣的脱水处理和含糖量的测定

摘要 目的:找出GB—青霉素菌渣脱水的方法,测定菌渣中的含糖量。方法:选用不同的沉淀剂,离心脱水,比较脱水量。用紫外分光光度计,采用苯酚—浓硫酸法测定水溶性糖含量,检测波长490nm,狭缝0.02mm。结果:选用NaCl和CaO作为沉淀剂,脱水效果较为理想,水溶性糖含量为0.5%。结论:用合适的脱水剂可使GB—青霉素菌渣顺利脱水,脱水率达67.5%。 Objective: To find a method for dehydration of GB - penicillin mushroom dregs and determine the contents of saccharides in dregs. Methods: The water in mushroom dregs was dehydrated with a variety of salt. Dehydration quality of these methods was compared, were contents of water- soluble saccharirides in dregs were determined by phenol - H2SO4 method using UV-751 at 490nm. Results: NaCl and CaO were bett'er as dehydrating substance. The contents of water - soluble sacchrides in dregs was 0.5%. Conclusion: Dehydration of GB - penicillin mushroom dregs could be conducted smoothly by selecting appropriate salt.
