自发性高血压大鼠血管内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶的观察

摘要 目的:观察高血压大鼠血管内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶在高血压不同时期的变化情况。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)及计算机图象分析方法,观察及定量分析8周、12周、24周高血压大鼠胸主动脉及其心肌微血管内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶变化。结果:在高血压不同时期胸主动脉与心肌微血管内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶含量变化基本一致:12周较8周时明显增多,而24周与12周时无明显差异。结论:伴随高血压病程的变化,血管内皮细胞eNOS含量发生了变化,且不同部位的变化呈正相关。 Objectives: To observe the changes of endothclial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in different progressing stages of spontaneous hypersensitivity in rats. Methods: Employing im-munohistochemistry method and image analysis technique, the changes of nitric oxide synthase in vascular endothelial cells were studied in the 8 th, 12 th, 24 th week separately. Results: During every stage of the hypertensitivity, the changes of eNOS in the thoracic aorta is smilar to these in the smaller artery of the myocardium. The total eNOS in the 12 th week increased compared with that in the 8 th week; and no obvious difference was found between the total eNOS in the 24 th week and that in the 12 th. Conclusion: With the hypertension progressing, the total eNOS have changes. The changes are similar between these two parts studied.
