化学性交感神经切除对脑循环和高血压的影响

摘要 脑循环由自身调节、代谢和神经源性机制调控.尽管脑血管有丰富神经支配,但脑循环神经调节的作用仍不完全清楚.近年的研究表明,在各种血管区域包括脑血管,血管周围的交感神经对血管壁结构的营养、机械和化学特性产生影响[1].交感神经影响的研究通常利用高血压大鼠,假定有增强的交感神经活性.本文就化学性交感神经切除对脑循环及高血压的影响作一综述.
