TTV的病原学研究进展

摘要 1997年底,Nishzawa等[1]利用代表性差异分析(representational difference analysis)法,分离到一种新的DNA病毒,并认它可能与非甲非庚型肝炎有关.由于该病毒来自一份名为TT的输血后肝炎患者的血清,因此被命名为TT病毒,恰与经输血传播病毒(transfusion transmitted virusTTV)巧合.随后许多学者对TTV进行了广泛的研究,内容包括流行病学、病原学、临床表现等[2-6],其中TTV的病原学是研究得较深入的一个领域.本文就TTV的病原学研究最新进展做一综述.
