U. S. Domestic Politics and NMD Deployment

Since its actuation in 1994, the Clinton Administration's National Missile Defense Plan(NMD)has been deeply affected by U. S. domestic politics. U. S. is now again in its year of general election. This article, therefore,intends to analyzethe effect of recent U.S. domestic political development on Clinton Administration's NMD stand.
