摘要
本文旨在研究小鼠有氧耐力训练前后心脏宏观和微观上的变化。结果表明:随着训练时间的增加,肌节长度增长而致心腔扩大;心肌纤维增殖而致心壁厚度的增加;心肌线粒体数量增多,直径增大,致心肌细胞供能增加。以上情况可能是运动性肥大产生的原因。
This Paper reported the macrostructure and microstructure changes in the heart of mice after the aerobic training. With the prolonging of training time, the following changes have been observed: the lengthening of myotome which resulted in the cardiodilation, the thickening of myocardial fiber which thickened the cardiac wall, the increasing of number and diameter of myocardial mitochondria which enhanced the power supplies for myocardial cells. These should be the cause of the formation of kinesiocardiomegaly.
