随着我军院校改革的深化,干部在院校受教育的层次愈来愈高;素质教育、创新教育已初见端倪。院校干部学员的体育教学如何适应新时期教育需要,是一个值得探讨的问题。本文试图从干部学员的自身特点和对策加以分析。
