摘要 本文测定了溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯及DDT对Decis—R、2Cl—R、SP家蝇品系的LD_(50)值、抗击倒效应和PB的增效作用参数。结果表明,室内培养的Decis—R和2Cl—R品系家蝇对溴氰菊酯和二氯苯醚菊酯有很高的抗性和抗击倒效应,并对DDT有明显的交互抗性;PB对Decis—R和2Cl—R抗性家蝇有明显的增效作用,其相对增效百分率R%S(R)比SP品系的R%s(s)要大;Decis—R与SP品系杂交的F_1代成蝇对溴氰菊酯的抗性比Decis—R亲代分别降低了16860和26359倍,暗示了Decis—R抗性家蝇品系对溴氰菊酯抗性是一个隐性基因,由此表明抗拟除虫菊酯的家蝇品系可能存在Kdr机制。 This paper determined the LD_(50) values and the effect of Knockdown by deltamethrin、 per- mathrin and DDT to Decic-R, 2C1-R, DDT-R and susceptible (sp) houseflies. The results in- dicated that the Dicis-R and 2C1-R strains had already developed very high level of resistances and significant cross-resistance to DDT. And demonstrated resistance to Knockdown by pyr- ethroid as well as by DDT in resistant housefl- ies. We discussed the perameters of synergism of PB to deltamethrin and permethrin in Decis-R and 2C1-R. For example, the relative percent synergism(R%S(R)) from both the res- istant strains were larger than the sp(R%S(S)) strain. When crossing Decis-R females to sp males and Decis-R males to sp femals, the resi- stance of the F_1 adults to deltamethrin decrea- sed 16860 and 26359 fold than Decis-Rrespectively. These results suggested that the mechanism for pyrethroid-resistant houseflies may be caused by kdrgenes.
