硝基苯类化合物遗传毒性的研究

Study on Genotoxicity of Nitrobenzene Derivatives

通过SOS/Umu试验,对2,4-二硝基氯苯等9种硝基苯类化合物的遗传毒性进行了观察。结果表明,受试硝基苯类化合物普遍存在不同程度和类型的遗传毒性,并且呈现明显的剂量反应关系。多数具有直接遗传毒性的受试物不因加入肝微粒体酶系统而使其毒性有所降低。

The genotxticity of 9 nitrohenzene deriva- tive compounds was studied with SOS/Umu test. It showed that the nitrobenzene deriva- tives in test generally presented different kinds,degrees of genotoxicity and had dose- response relationship. Most of the direct geno- toxic compounds did not reduce their toxicity with S9 activited system.
