摘要
采用体外细胞培养方法,研究了石英尘对肺泡巨噬细胞分泌白细胞介素I(IL-1)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)和前列腺环素(PGI_2)的影响。结果表明石英尘可明显地促进肺泡巨噬细胞分泌IL-1,剂量反应关系不明显。石英尘和丝裂原LPS同时作用于肺泡巨噬细胞,IL-1分泌增加,石英尘具有抑制肺泡巨噬细胞分泌PGE_2的功能,对PGI_2无影响。
The effects of quartz on the secretion of Interleukin-l(IL- 1), prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2) and PGI_2 of alveolar macrophages were investigated. The results showed that quartz could pro- mote the production of IL-1 of alveolar macrophages and sup- press the production of PGE_2 of alveolar macrophages. Quartz did not affect the secretion of PGI_2 of alveolar macrophages.
